Book Contract

I just signed a contract with the University of Illinois Press to write the Sacred Steel book for their Music in American Life series. I'm tickled to be among such good company.

Don't hold your breath waiting for it. The final manuscript is due September 2003 which probably means release sometime in mid to late 2004. Hey, I'd better get to work!
