Book and video course called Steel Guitar Jubilee.

A study of C6th sounds on E9th tuning. An instrumental explained in 49 individual parts.

$40 shipped. I don't think this is available anymore but I'm not sure.

This is older stuff and was done when Jeff still had brown hair.

This is available from Fran on DVD for $28.00. Think you're a little high.
