Praguefrank lists Jim Vest on 8 of the songs. the other 2 are Old King Kong (I don't hear any steel) and It's a 10-33 which sure sounds like Pete.

I've always tuned G6/Em7 (EGBDEGBD)
I think Emmons preferred tuning up to A for dobro.
