Here's the fix, a nylon washer and a lock washer. See video, let me know if you can't see the vid. Wish I had a taller nylon washer, but this should do the trick for my use.

I have one of the old DeArmond 610 tone/vol pedals but the tone does not seem to roll off as low as I want it,,, to me it sounds like it's not rolling the pot all the way in order to drain off ... |
