Great post, Chris!

I toured with songwriter Sonny Curtis. Sonny spoke fondly of growing up with Weldon in Lubbock, TX and had nothing but praise for his musicianship.

(I never had more fun - or ...

I had just started fumbling my way around on my first steel when I was introduced to AC615's 'Welephant Walk' - my jaw dropped then and it still does today.

Weldon had such command of his prodig ...

Point taken, Ken, and yes: Jeff is a fine player!

I checked, Bengt; I can reach P7 while engaging LKL: the current p7 (raising 5 and 6 a tone - along with lowering the Es) is a good one!

I'm still unsure about pedals 5 and 6....

Thanks to all for the informative responses.

Right now I have my newly acquired 12 string Zum. I'm in the throes of weighing my options regarding its setup. With only 7+5, I fear it's not a D13th ...

Yes, Joe - I'm taken with the colour too.

I'm more and more leaning towards Ext E9.

How I wish it had 6 pedals and 6 KLs!!

Ps 1,2,3 will be my CBA.

The problem is that, as it's set up 'Emmons', ...

Gray's recordings are like a music lesson, but with the co ...
