Got to agree with Jeff, green baize from evil bay, cut to shape first then wet on one side with P.V.A. glue and place it onto the bottom of the guitar, smoothed out and let dry.

Thanks for your information Bob, but my Electro DW 16 seems to have been produced earlier than 1955 as according to Rickenbacker information on Google, the Electro company was sold in 1953.
