I recently bought the new MXR Resonator Pedal from Tom Bradshaw along with the Little Buddy bar that optionally goes with it.

Very happy with the dobro effect ...I'm not aiming to sound like a dob ...

You can end up with some very rich sounds, largely due to the bass lines created by putting a less obvious part in the bass ...

I cannot find any information online as to what specific key the Historic Temperaments are calculated for.

Nic,

in "working/editing mode", go to display and change the duration.

When printing try adjusting the scale and proportional spacing settings under Print Setup.
