I'm going to sell this one locally thru my local music store - save myself the trouble of shipping

18.5" wide x 9.25" depth (plus a little for the knobs) x 7.5 height to top of transformer - approximate size of the chassis. I don't know what a 400 size runs.

I've been contacted by a couple people on the amp. I'll put it on hold for now. If that falls through I'll make another note here. Feel free to make an offer on the BW, I'm somewhat flexible.
