There are some extra parts in the case but no knee lever. I'll try to get a picture of those parts and post here. Perhaps someone here can lead me in the right direction to reinstall that.

i agree with the above, i have a lot of his material. the chord boards were very helpful when i first started for e9 & c6, the c6 material is great also. its worth the buy.
