I'm thinkin that each pedal train is about 2#, then the changer is about 3#, neck 2, keyhead w tuners 1- about the weight of the pad so more like 15# is my guess.

I commonly use a single edge razor blade to do it as the snap ring pliers often result in the snap ring flying off.
