I have never heard of a "print license" for creating original tab of music.

I'm with Kevin. You're already playing a "non-bluegrass" type of guitar so learn how to play in a variety of keys sans capo.

OK..

I'm using the UR44 in Win10. If you haven't checked, go into your Win 10 sound settings ( settings/system/sound) and see if the UR22 appears as an option on the input & output settings.

I suspect that the "sig out" is line level, not guitar level. Have a line level input?

If you have no choice just go up a few .001's for each string (.018-.020.-030...etc.)

Ahh..

I buy (and use) 1 doz. of each gauge. I do change strings frequently.

Might be able to find small quantities at a local shop.

FWIW

I use D'Addario EJ42 (6 string phos/bronze) and buy additional singles, .030 wound for string 4 and .058 wound for string 8.

Of course you can start with any standard reso set for G tuning ...

No. The spider is the same. The bridge inserts will be wider although the string spacing will be narrower than your typical 6 spring spacing.

As a "player" and occasional teacher/coach I typically suggest either the Gold Tone family of square necks or the less expensive Recording King "Phil Ledbetter" model.
