I have the answer. The sound guys told me this morning that they had erroneously patched every instrument and every mic into my left (the mic'ed) channel. Wow!!

The baffle needs to be pretty solid plywood - probably 3/4" for a 15" speaker. .

A multi-ply void-free birch does a nice job in this department, the front board that holds the speaker ...

Actually it doesn't matter which you put first or last. It all depends on you and what you want to achieve.

Tweaking these effects in the chain is KEY. You can add a hint of phaser into your delay ...

You didn't mention if your Presonus is a single channel or what model exactly you have if it's mono or stereo.

If the Presonus is a single channel mono you will have to set your amp in BRIDGED MODE ...
