There’s some interesting almost circular (pear shaped?) logic in there. I sense a budding career in politics. Rolling Eyes

I think it’s a nice looking steel with quality pickups and tuners. Looks like it was made with some care. All good signs. And the seller is open to offers.
It’s hard to tell from your photo just ...

And check out Smokey’s slick footwear. Whoa! Dress to impress.
The guy on the bench behind Smokey looks like he’s trying to swipe some licks from the steeler.

And don’t forget the wood! Find a hardwood dealer and spend some time going through the stacks. If you’ve already figured out your rough dimensions, you could find the perfect piece of maple or w ...

I’m with Kevin Maul on the G6 he suggested, especially if you want to play some swing. That 6th tone is so much more useful in the middle of the tuning. You do lose the big power chords, but I imagi ...

I used to use pages like that to diagram guitar chords for students. Six on a page was handy for displaying the common chords of a key. 1, 2m, 3m, 4, 5, 6m. Never figured out a good way to use them f ...

Just had a quick look at mine. The spacing is a bit under 5/16” center to centre. 2-1/16” total. I tend to play mine more “swing style”, so can’t answer the second question either.

You could try clipping your tuner to a tuning peg, or even one of the knobs. I’ve had both work for me. I also prefer those mini tuners that can just stay put, but ya, those Rogues are pretty thick ...

Interesting thought, Karlis. Adding that A to B change gives you not only an extra minor, but with both levers engaged you’ve got a minor 6th on the middle 4 strings, and a nice diminished triad in ...

You’ve got a real international mystery going here, Mike. Could it be a sympathetic harmonic from behind the bridge, only responding to certain pitches?

I had a similar issue with an E13 tuning once. The high G# just didn’t fit in, tonally, so I dropped down to a thinner string and that worked. Maybe try a .012?
