As Mike said, it is an Alkire Eharp, vintage about 1963. I have one exactly like it. I think it is a great guitar.

It sounds a lot like Claude Brownell playing the Eharp tuning. I have some tapes and a CD of his and it sound very much like his style.
I know he played with Hawk sometime in the 50's.
