...regarding 'steel-pedal' I think its because putting the adjective after the object, as in pedal steel is somewhat counter intuitive, so steel pedal gets said more than it should.

Windows 10 is said to be good until October 2025. And much of what I'm seeing online suggests many older computers (how old?) won't be able to handle Windows 11.
