Print this page, fill out the form above and mail it with your personal check to: The Steel Guitar Forum 148 South Cloverdale Blvd. Cloverdale, CA  95425 USA While I prefer a personal check (payable to "The Steel Guitar Forum"), I can also accept credit card payments via PayPal . I'm are not equipped to accept credit cards through any other means. My email address for PayPal payments is quasar@b0b.com (notice that b0b is spelled with a 'zero', not an 'oh'). If you decide to pay via PayPal, please send a separate email containing the membership information requested above. After I receive the membership form (or an email with the information), I will validate your identity and create a Forum Membership account for you. You will receive an email with your username and password confirming that your account has been created. From that time forward you will be able to post messages on The Steel Guitar Forum.
